- What’s a Proxy?
- A proxy is an individual or a company that acts as a middle-man for purchases.
- The process starts from purchase to delivery
- What’s the process?
- The process for me personally is:
- I do claims for pre-purchased items (mostly photocards or other small items)
- You make payment before the deadline
- Photocards arrive to my kaddress
- I wait until I have enough items for a good package and apply to have the items consolidated and forwarded to me
- Kaddress warehouse provides me a shipping quote (always via DHL as it’s the most reliable shipping method)
- I collect EMS (shipping cost from Korea to me) from each joiner who has items in that particular package
- I receive the package and confirm the contents
- I contact everyone for domestic shipping (shipping from me to you)
- You receive your order!
- How long does it usually take to receive the order?
- The process could take anywhere between 3 weeks to 2-3 months
- It all depends on when the sellers ship, when items arrive to my kaddress, and when I have enough items to have a package worth it enough to forward
- Can you estimate EMS?
- In the past, EMS has been $0.50 per PC, up to $8 for bigger items like PC holders/albums
- If the PCs are added to GO shipments (like my slogan orders), EMS can end up being $1
