What’s a GO?
- A GO (group order) is when a group of people come together to order items and split shipping costs so they are more affordable. Usually one person, a GOM (group order manager), is in charge of the whole process.
- The process starts from ordering items/goods to delivery
-
What’s the process?
- The process for me personally is:
- I post a form for you to order particular items
- You make payment before the deadline
- Items are ordered
- Items are shipped to kaddress
- Items arrive to kaddress
- I request kaddress to consolidate packages and forward
- Kaddress warehouse provides me a shipping quote (always via DHL as it’s the most reliable shipping method)
- I collect EMS (shipping cost from Korea to me) from each joiner
- I receive the package and confirm the contents
- I contact everyone for domestic shipping (shipping from me to you)
- You receive your order!
-
How long does it usually take to receive the order?
- The process could take weeks or months. Doll orders tend to take 6 months or more.
- It all depends on when the shop ships, when items arrive to my kaddress, and when everyone makes their EMS/domestic payment
-
Can you estimate EMS?
- Unfortunately I cannot provide an estimate. It all varies per order.
-
